We accept Credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Cheque, Direct credit into our bank account or charge to approved accounts. Computer Store reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances

Our pricing is constantly reviewed so that we may offer the most up to date prices available, however prices can change daily from suppliers.
The price listed at the time you place the order is the price you will be charged (errors excepted).

We charge a standard $6.00 (+ GST) freight charge on all orders. For bulky items or items which exceed 5 kgs we will advise you of the applicable freight charges.

If your order consists of several items which cannot be shipped at the same time or are sourced from multiple suppliers, the applicable freight charge will apply to each item.

Generally, overnight delivery (delivered on the next business day) will apply for items shipped within the North Island and up to 48 hours for items shipped to the South Island. These delivery time frames only apply to items which are currently in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you of an expected delivery date, at which time you may cancel the order without penalty. Additional charges will apply for urgent couriers or a Saturday delivery service.

Deliveries outside of New Zealand
 All orders are for delivery in New Zealand.  We do not process orders for overseas delivery under any circumstances.

What is a Wish List
The Wish List is a method to keep track of any number of items all in one place. Items are added to your personal wish list by clicking on the "Add to wishlist" link located below the product in question.  You can log on to the website at a later date and make a purchase from your Wish List items.

How do I buy online from ComputerStore
There are two ways to buy from us. The simplest way is to just select the items you wish to purchase, go to checkout, click register and check out. On the Home page click Register/Login and fill out the form, then click submit. You can also view your order history once you have logged in.

When do we process credit card payments?
At the time of the goods being ordered.

Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits will be approved depending on the reason for the return and how long you have had the item. An unopened item can be returned for credit/refund if it is returned within 7 days of delivery, and the packaging is undamaged and in good condition. We do not accept returns for non-faulty memory based products or hard drives.

Refunds/credits can not be given on damaged products or packaging. Customers will be responsible for the applicable courier charges on returned items.
