We accept Credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Cheque, Direct credit into our bank account or charge to approved accounts.

Pricing

Our pricing is constantly reviewed so that we may offer the most up to date prices available, however prices can change daily from suppliers.
The price listed at the time you place the order is the price you will be charged (errors excepted and subject to the item being in stock with our supplier). If you are paying by direct credit, payment must be made on the date that the order is placed in order to avoid price increases.

Freight Charges

We charge a standard $6.00 (+ GST) freight charge on orders. For bulky items or items which exceed 5 kgs we will advise you of the applicable freight charges. 

If your order consists of multiple items, they may be dispatched from several suppliers and a freight charge may apply from each supplier. An additional fee will be applied to rural delivery addresses.

Please contact us if you wish to check if extra charges will apply to your order.

We believe this method of freight charging fairer than loading a freight factor into each item and advertising free shipping.

Generally, overnight delivery (delivered on the next business day) will apply for items shipped within the North Island and up to 48 hours for items shipped to the South Island. These delivery time frames only apply to items which are currently in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you of an expected delivery date, at which time you may cancel the order without penalty.

Additional charges will apply for urgent couriers, rural deliveries or a Saturday delivery service.

Deliveries outside of New Zealand
All orders are for delivery in New Zealand.  We do not process orders for overseas delivery under any circumstances.

What is a Wish List
The Wish List is a method to keep track of any number of items all in one place. Items are added to your personal wish list by clicking on the "Add to wishlist" link located below the product in question.  You can log on to the website at a later date and make a purchase from your Wish List items.

How do I buy online from ComputerStore
The simplest way is to just select the items you wish to purchase, go to checkout, click register and check out. On the Home page click Register/Login and fill out the form, then click submit. You can also view your order history once you have logged in. We also take phone orders (09 3778851).

When do we process credit card payments?
At the time of the goods being ordered after you have been notified that your items are available.

Return of Goods for Credit or Refund

• Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller.
• Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of supply and the original invoice number must be quoted.
• Where goods are accepted (for credit or refund at the sellers discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense into the seller's store in original condition and packaging.
• The seller reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns the seller may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 15% of the invoice priced and levied at the seller's absolute discretion.

nb  Please do not return an item for refund until we have advised you of an RMA number. Once you have been advised of an RA number the goods must be returned within 7 days
